End-of-Line Project Scope
The required end-of-line scope depends on the product or pack being handled, the existing or planned production line, available layout and the downstream functions required for the project.
The final equipment and integration boundary is therefore defined from the actual line information and project requirements before quotation.
Line Integration & Product Flow
Conveying and secondary-packaging equipment should be reviewed together with the surrounding production-line architecture. Product transfer between upstream equipment, conveyors and downstream packaging or handling systems can influence the final configuration.
Available layout information and equipment interfaces should therefore be reviewed before the project scope is finalized.
Information Required for an End-of-Line Project Review
Provide the project country and location, product or pack format, existing or planned production line, required end-of-line functions, available layout and any technical information about the upstream and downstream equipment.
Additional information may be requested according to the equipment and integration scope being reviewed.
